Purchasing Checklist
The following is a list of the information We'll need from you and any co-borrower(s) to begin processing your loan application. You may apply online, in person, or over the phone. If you have questions about anything on the list, please contact us.

Loan Information

  • Amount you would like to borrow or purchase price of the house you plan to buy
  • Monthly homeowner's or association dues (if applicable)
  • Funds available for a down payment amount and earnest money

Property Information

  • Type of property you'd like to buy (single family, condominium, townhome, multi-unit property)
  • How you'll use the property (primary residence, second residence, etc.)

Personal Information

  • Legal name of borrower and any co-borrower(s)
  • Social Security number(s)
  • Marital status
  • Address of current primary residence (provide previous address if at current residence for less than two years)
  • Number and ages of dependents/children
  • Employment information (employers, job title, employer's addresses for the past two years)

Income Information

  • All sources and amounts of monthly income (borrower and co-borrower(s), including salary, overtime, bonuses, commission, dividends, interest, retirement and any other source of income you want us to consider toward the repayment of your loan.
  • All current expenses, including housing costs, alimony payments, child support payments and other balance(s) owed.
  • Real estate assets owned, including the property address, market value, outstanding liens, rental income, and mortgage payments for each.
  • Other assets, bank and financial institution accounts, including the bank/institution name(s), account type(s), and balance(s); value of bonds, stocks, life insurance policies, and retirement funds.
Once you've gathered all the above information, you're ready to begin. If you're applying online, We'll be notified immediately when you've completed the application. Once we receive your application, a loan officer will be assigned and he/she will let you know if there is anything else they need to process your loan and when they’ve finished processing your application.
